Champion Hoodie Remix Contest
Champion has just lunched an interactive on-line contest in self-expression. To participate just visit www.hoodieremix.com and start designing. The best rated hoodie will be chosen on May 29, 2009, and the single design with the most votes will be named the winner of the Hoodie Remix contest and may also be produced and sold as a limited-edition hoodie by Champion.
The process of designing online is a very easy one. Just click the part of the hoodie ,you want to apply your new color or one of various patterns. After having finished that, you can save the design by logging in. From now on your hoodie is in the gallery and participant of the contest. Little gimmick on top is the “make wallpaper” function and the widget to embed your design on facebook.

Of course a womens sneaker is also part of the six shoe Kanye West for Louis Vuitton collaboration. In the mean time we already presented to you two mens low top sneakers and one high top sneaker from the collaboration.
Here now a first look at the womens sneaker. It comes in a grey suede colorway, with pink sole and gold lace lock. The Louis Vuitton logo appears on the tongue and on the side-panel of the shoes.

APPLEBUM – Babylon View – NY Yankee 59FIFTY Fitted
A new exercise in dye sublimation, a cloth printing technique it perfected, Japanese label
APPLEBUM is turning its focus this season to Bright Lights, Big City with its “Babylon View” night cityscape graphics. Aside from the accessories appeared late last year is a more recent collaboration with New Era. Featuring homage to the all-time favorite team, New York Yankee, in the New Era 59FIFTY construction. The APPLEBUM x New Era – NY Yankee Fitted is part of the Cooperstown Collection, a memorabilia line authenticated by the Baseball Hall of Fame in Upstate New York. In limited numbers, the cap is currently available at APPLEBUM online store and selected boutiques with APPLEBUM accounts. In the meantime, construction workers are blitzing through cold to finish the New Yankee Stadium, set to debut this Spring.

Finally, we see an official picture of one of the sneakers from the Kanye West and Louis Vuitton collaboration. The sneaker comes in all red with a simple form, but it features a special quilted flap on the back heel for your jeans. Check out the press release below:
PARIS — Marc Jacobs and the Louis Vuitton men’s studio director Paul Helbers have some design competition this season. Kanye West, who was sitting front row at the Vuitton show, has designed a line of five LV sneakers. Only one design, above, was featured in the show — a monochromatic midtop with no frills, save for a quilted flap in the back, all the easier to tuck pants into. “The inspiration came from a jacket with a huge collar in the movie ‘Dune,’ ” West says. “Most sneakers focus on the tongue, so I wanted to do something different.” West knows whereof he speaks: he says he has no idea how many shoes he owns, but he does know that he routinely needs to send shipments off to storage. The LV-meets-Kanye kicks will be available at Louis Vuitton stores in June.

The GT3 RSR isn’t exactly the type of Porsche you’d find idling in front of a designer boutique on Rodeo Drive. This is the type of Porsche you’d expect to find well heeled gearheads attempting to break records on the Nurburgring. Built for long distance racing, the GT3 RSR is powered by a 4.0 liter six-cylinder boxer engine that outputs 450 horsepower at 7,800 rpm. Other features include an front hood louvers, adjustable rear wing, air-jack system with overpressure valve, and a new programmable multi-function display that includes an indicator that alerts you when to shift gears. All you need to get one is about $ 500.000.
