MINI – Portable sound innovation!
Just by looking at the picture, you would never be able to guess what this is! Actually, this is nothing but a speaker (called MINI)that attaches to any 3.5mm audio port, whenever you want a break from your headphones. It uses a built-in rechargeable lithium ion battery (charging via USB to a computer system or power adapters), projecting an impressive 360 degree sound field in all directions, without any distortion. The speakers turn on by twisting the top, lighting up when powered and further rotation adjusts the volume.

Pushing out simple, minimally branded product Nike’s L.I.S (Life is Sports) line offers a more playful approach to their usually technically geared aesthetics. Two new items have released including a backpack and sling shoulder bag, both combining two-tone colorways with black accenting. The vibrant pieces are complimented by a multitude of hidden compartments and asymmetrical zippers. Retail is set at ¥9,500 (Approx. $105 USD) for the backpack and ¥6,900 (Approx. $76 USD) for the sling, with both now available at ripe Japan.

The vintage cars are not just a part of history, but a reminder of the bygone days that had a touch of luxury and sophistication attached to it that is hard to preserve. The Fantasy Junction, broker of classic, and special interest cars, who sells historically significant European classic and racing cars, sets the “1953 Maserati A6GCS” for sale. Stunning roadster that was a very important model for the company right from its debut comes laden with twin plug Inline 6 Cyl, DOHC engine that can delivers approx. 170 hp. Exterior of the vintage car is painted in radiant red color with red leather interior making it go parallel with each other. It is believed that the car was driven by famous Formula One racer Fangio for Pompeo at Thompson in December, 1953. Heftily priced at $1,950,000, the A6GCS is one of the Maserati’s most historically significant and attractive sports cars that will certainly prove to be an excellent investment and would succeed in gratifying a majority of hard-to-please people.

The Double Label Project includes both a SUG figure and DC sneaker, with a glow in the dark theme thanks to UNKL. The DC x UNKL Double Label project are limited to 450 packs and will launch at 5&A Dime on Friday, January 23rd from 6pm – 9pm during the AGENDA tradeshow in San Diego. The pack is priced at $260 USD.

Next Monday, January 26th, marks the start of the year 4707 on Chinese Lunar Calendar, which also designated as the Year of the Ox on the Chinese Zodiac. In celebration of this annual tradition, Nike just launched its Chinese New Year Quick Strike Pack, available only at selected retailers worldwide. Aside from the forementioned Air Max 1 Premium, the pack also includes A Nike Blazer CL variant. More subtle in appearance, the Blazer CL retained the gradient hues of grey, homage to Asian Water Buffalo, an animal, much like the farm horses of the West, that was indispensable to farmers in Asia. A splash of red and gold accents, both colors of fortune, punctuated segments of the sneaker, though less than the Air Max 1 version. The tongue also include the Chinese proverb, “吃苦耐勞” (the ability to endure hardship), an attributes along with dependability and modesty, according to Chinese Zodiac, for those born in the Year of the Ox. A gold ox motif could found on the heel panel against a red patent leather background.

Deeply rooted in skateboarding, apparel brand VNGRD continue their creative expressions through the eyes of skaters, designers and artists from Milan’s underground. Teaming up with SUPER sunglasses, both entities whip up a classic pair of shades featuring a forest camouflage pattern among purple Zeiss lenses. Limited to only 50 individually numbered pieces, the sunglasses are set to release in the coming weeks. For now, three pairs have been made available via the SUPER online store.
