soe x Outdoor Products “Skateboarding Is Not A Crime” Backpack
Japanese label soe gets together with Outdoor Products to collaborate on a backpack. The brand has applied a large graffiti inspired print on lots of pieces in their collection this season, including t-shirts, shirts and sneakers and now it also appears on this backpack collaboration, reading “Skateboarding Is Not A Crime”. From the Vans Vault Spring/Summer 2009 Collection comes the Goatskin Pack. The pack consists of four sneakers – Sk8 Hi LX, Slip-On LX, Authentic LX, Prisson Issue LX. The pack comes in a nice light brown suede upper with silver accents that are smartly places on all four sneakers.

Parisian designer eyewear brand Alain Mikli continue producing some of the more innovative eyewear pieces on the market. Most recently known for their creation of Shutter Shades, made popular by Kanye West, Alain Mikli stick to their formula, working up a special pair of Shutter Shades encrusted with 500 Swarovski Crystals. Retailing for $3650 HKD, these extremely limited glasses will see a release at the Alain Mikli store in Hong Kong.

Along with the aforementioned camouflaged cellphone trinkets, Yokohama-base retailer Cliff Edge also received the new Lunch Box T-Shirt Collection, featuring Baby Milo. In celebration of its 15th anniversary, A Bathing Ape (BAPE) created a commemoration product line, including designed lunch boxes pre-packed with t-shirt. While deceivingly similar to the rest of the collection, these tees feature some exclusive graphics, including Baby Milo x Mario, one with a birthday cake marked with “15”, and another with shopping bag. You will not find these t-shirts at any of the BAPE retail locations. Instead, their availabilities were only opened to those in the BAPE Membership Club. Because of their exclusivities, Cliff Edge only has a handful for sale.

Coming on the heels of the recently released New Balance MTG580 Gore-Tex, New Balance are wasting no time continuing their Gore-Tex efforts. Two versions of a gradient style MT580 are seen here.
