Nike Bespoke Air Force 1 by Adam Kotob

The Nike Bespoke Air Force 1 has been nudged by Marcus Troy, Dan Hwang and DJ Clark Kent. Now they are being treated to a less time with none other than Adam Kotob.

These dark brown crocodile heeled AF1 use brown as base color and is available at 21 Mercer.  Nike Swosh and heel stripe are made of a soft orange leather, the tan midpanel is made of suede. The touch is a brown denim heel tab that sports the usual Nike branding.  For more pics follow the jump.

Now the time has come, it´s finally here, the Apple tablet, named the iPad. We think it´s an unhappy name, clearly not stamped by a woman, but it´s quite lovely to look at. We hope it lives up to the hype.

Nieuwe Heren: beauty and geek

Now we want to inform you of  ‘the beauty and the geek’ which is made by netherland studio Nieuwe Heren: this is a hybrid combination of two disciplines: the beauty of the fashion world and the geeky side of technology. A pair jeans modified to accommodate a keyboard and a mouse. You can cover your mouse on the right back pocket – the mouse is attached to the jeans through an elastic wire. Further it has a wireless USB connection that allows the user to move around while still having control to the keyboard and mouse. On the knees there are speakers which gives the user the ability to listen to music and ‘the beauty and the geek’ looks like lines on a print board. More pics after the jump.

ADIDAS WMNS Nizza “Tassels” x Jeremy Scott

Last week we previewed a portion of the Adidas Originals by Jeremy Scott Spring / Summer 2010 Collection. The kicks feature four tassels, which hang from the sneaker´s collar performing the sneakers a very unique look.  Differently than the tassels, the kicks are standard look in blue with white contrasting elements. Reebok Insta-Pump Fury – Hawaiian Pack

Like every year Reebok has some cool and fresh looks in 2010. Just like the Military Pack of Omni Pump Lites and now we get a glace at these Hawaiian Insta Pumps in either yellow, blue, black or green.
The upper is composed of leather and each shoe features a corresponding floral printed panel. The shoes end up sounding wilder theory than they seek with the solid leather grounding each design. We´d suggest pairing them with a white T-Shirt, shorts and tropical climate. For more pics follow the jump.

Q1 2010 Nike SB Quick Strikes x Nike Dunk High Premium SB (Dr. Huxtable) (Wool) (Coogi)

Nike SB Dunk Hi Premium (Dr. Huxtable) (Wool) (Coogi) inspired by the sweathers which Cliff Huxtable wore in the legendary “Cosby Show”. The colorful coogi sweater-like graphic is a wool material. These sneakers are clearly linked to Dr. Huxtable’s (Bill Cosby) multi-patterened wool sweaters that he always wore. The Nike Dunk Hi is available from 1st februar 2010 and the rule is the same like before.

Q1 2010 Nike SB Quick Strikes x Nike Dunk low Pro SB

Today we show you the upcoming sneaker from the Nike SB Quick Strikes series. The Dunk low Pro SB comes in pine green / sail – light mint and is in the stores availabel from 1st March 2010.  The skin is a mix between wild leather and canvas. This sneaker is really hot right now and you should be fast, if you want a pair as one of the first.

adidas Running Marathon 10

The latest adidas proformance running models have taken some subtle cues from their forebears. One of the favorite relases of 2009 was the adidas ZX 8000 2009. That was createt for the Boston Marathon which as the name suggest took cues from the iconix ZX 8000. The adidas Running Marathon 10 looks this year to the original Marathon 80 for reference as it creates a contemporary design 30 years later the original. As well as some tributes to the originals has the Marathon 10 select retailers in a series of different and bold colors. Runner Grete Waitz partnered with adidas and her cancer care foundation „Aktiv mot kreft“ in that 5% from the of any Marathon 10 would advance the battle next to cancer. More pics after the jump.

Kobe Bryant Interview at the House of Hoops in Harlem

First of all, we send out a big thanks to the guys from kicks on fire for this amazing interview and nice pics. Fresh off of his victory at the Garden (115-105), Kobe Bryant made a very special appearance at the House of Hoops, showcasing his latest shoe – the Nike Zoom Kobe 5. He arrived at approximately 11:00pm through the back exit of the store surrounded several security guards. The crowd went crazy as soon as Kobe walked in. Strangely enough, the person interviewing him was no other than Nick Cannon. Kobe was asked several questions about the Nike Zoom Kobe 5 and its inspiration and technical specifications. Check out the video below. About the shoe: The Nike Zoom Kobe 5 weighs about 10.6 ounces and is currently Nike’s lightest basketball shoe ever. The Nike Zoom Kobe 5  is a true low cut design for Kobe’s snake-on-the-hardwood speed and razor sharp ability. It’s basically lightweight, sharpened.
