DC Double Label™ Project x Sixpack x PMFKA
DC launches its third Double Label™ Project with Sixpack France and artist PMFKA for spring / summer 2010. Two distinctive DC silhouettes, the Admiral and Sector 7, were recruited for this collection and feature the sober and monochromatic designs of PMKFA, whose patterns are based on both the obvious and the not-so-obvious elements of street culture. On the underside of the perforated leather shoe is an insight into PMKFA’s vision of street-entrepreneurship, taking lessons from 90s hip-hop and the idea that life is like a chess game: creativity, the need to always stay sharp, and the goal of making your next move your best move.
