Jordan Take Flight – Oak Hill Academy Team Edition

Oak Hill Academy is a secondary school in Virginia that afforded some of the best basketball players the NBA has ever seen, including names like Brandon Jennings, Ty Lawson, Steve Blake, Rod Strickland, Jerry Stackhouse, Josh Smith, Stephen Jackson, Michael Beasley and Kevin Durant. But that´s not all: also Jordan Brand’s Carmelo Anthony once strolled through these dignified halls. According to this fact it´s not a big surprise that Oak Hill received several school exclusive Jordans through the years, the latest now being the Take Flight.
The Oak Hill Take Flight features a white leather base with contrast stitching done in the school’s red and gold stitching. Red also works the inner liner, tongue, laces, ankle and full-length Air unit. Gold appears on the upper lace eyelets and outsole. Finishing things up, “Oak Hill” is embroidered in red along the mudguard.

Undercover for Nike – LunarSpider

Some hot new sneaker are coming these days from Nike: the LT LunarSpider. The “Gyakusou” Collection has been an incredible success at Stadium Paris, so the LunarSpider got revisited by Jun Takahashi, too. They are incredibly light and packed with the best technology Nike has to offer, e.g. Lunarlite foam and reactive Zoom Air Flywire. They are already available in a limited number at Stadium Paris. Christian Hosoi x Vans Bash Vulc – Black + Royal Blue

Legendary skater Christian Hosoi teamed up with Vans for two straight colorways for the Vans Bash Vulc. Pairs in black or royal blue each manage some depth of each shade by contrasting various leathers and suede atop Vans’ signature vulcanized waffle sole, but the coolest part might be the multicolored sockliner that hearkens back to Hosoi’s mid ’80s heyday. Reebok Zig Sonic Silver/White

Here´s a new colorway for the Reebok Zig Sonic lineup. This pair possesses a primarily silver-colored upper comprised of a mesh, ventilated material. Other attributes, such as the laces and inner lining, are also colored in silver giving this shoe a rather subtle look. Lastly, the Reebok Zig sole is colored in white. Atmos x Adidas Superstar 80s “Snake GID”

Here´s a look at an interesting collaboration between two very good brands, namely Atmos and Adidas. Together they’ve decided to work on the Superstar 80′s “Snake GID”. The upper of the sneaker is obviously made up of snakeskin which is filled in with burgundy, along with white accents which is found on the tongue, toe box, and sole. Whats great about this sneaker is that it glows in the dark. Look for these to release exclusively at Atmos in December. See some detailed pics after the jump.

Nike Air Griffey Max 1 “Cincinnati Reds”

As part of the revival of Ken Griffey Jr’s signature line, here´s a brand new colorway of the Nike Air Griffey Max 1. In what is an ode to The Kid’s last All-Star Game appearance in 2007 with the Cincinnati Reds, this particular colorway of the Air Griffey Max 1 resembles the one used on the cleats he wore during the game. Sport Red and White join together to contribute most of the color to the sneakers, while accents of black are applied to the tongue, strap, Swoosh and outsole. Black also appears around the visible Max Air bubbles, which has been coated in Metallic Silver. There´s no release date yet, but you can see more detailed pics after the jump.

Air Jordan Melo M7 – Blackout

There have been some really catchy all black colorways on sneakers this year. Now we can see the Air Jordan Melo M7 the same way. These aren’t 100% black though as they do feature some slight metallic silver accents throughout the shoe. Expect these to release sometime in December. Nike Shox BB Pro – Brad Miller PE

Two time NBA All-Star Game nominee Brad Miller, playing for Houston Rockets since July 2010, now has got his own signature shoe from Nike Brand. Miller’s Shox BB Pro player exclusive is done in Houston’s white and red colorway. Metallic silver appears on the upper portion of the tongue, as well as the external heel counter. Once again, Miller’s affinity for hunting is acknowledged, this time with a gator stitched in red on the tongue. See more pics of it after the jump.
