Complex & HBO Partner with ALIFE to Produce Hat Series Inspired by “How to Make it in America”

To celebrate the premiere of HBO’s “How to Make it in America,” HBO and Complex magazine partnered with ALIFE to produce a series of 5-panel hats inspired by the new show, starring Bryan Greenberg, Victor Rasuk and Kid Cudi.
Legendary NY graffiti artist and “How to Make It in America” guest star Lee Quinones worked with ALIFE founders Rob Cristofaro and Arnaud Dellecolle on a custom design that evoked the show’s “American Dream” theme. The image of a pair of crossed fingers holding a hundred dollar bill represents the hustle and hope for success.

Only 300 hats were produced and can be found in 3 classic colors: black, red and heather grey.  Complex.com will be giving 100 hats away via an online sweepstakes. Make sure to visit Complex to enter for their chance to win.

Supra x Armored Vaider

Complex magazine recently connected Sony Pictures with Supra to design a custom pair of Vaiders inspired by the upcoming film Armored, featuring Laurence Fishburne, Matt Dillon, Columbus Short, Milo Ventimiglia and more. Only 30 pairs will be produced and seeded to cast members from the film with one pair given away online on Complex.com and Nicekicks.com starting today. See here to enter. Mr. Cartoon Custom Armored Truck

Made in promotion of Screen Gems’ upcoming film, Armored, starring the likes of Jean Reno, Laurence Fishburne and Matt Dillon, Mr. Cartoon and SA Studios created a one-of-a-kind armored truck in Cartoon’s signature Angeleno style. Aside the exterior art, the internationally recognized tattoo artist took it up a notch with a decked out interior. Look for the film to release nationwide on December 4th. More pics after the jump.

Nike Hyperize Destro

This is the new Nike Hyperize Destro and it will be part of the upcoming X-Men pack, in which this one will be modeled after the character of Destro. The shoe is primarily silver on the upper but also features accents of black, red and yellow. Keep your eye´s peeled for more X-Men coming by.

Nike Zoom Sharkalaid G.I. Joe Pack

The new and spectacular G.I.Joe: Rise of the Cobra movie is just around the corner and so Nike comes up with this Nike Zoom Sharkalaid. It is part of the G.I. Joe pack and this particular shoe is modeled after the Storm Shadow character from the movie. The shoe features a predominantly white upper with black accents and black straps, with a grey base. Other features include black/red cross straps, black shoelaces and a cobra imprint design on the insole. Follow the jump inconspicuously for more pics.
