Nike Bespoke Air Force 1 by Adam Kotob

The Nike Bespoke Air Force 1 has been nudged by Marcus Troy, Dan Hwang and DJ Clark Kent. Now they are being treated to a less time with none other than Adam Kotob.

These dark brown crocodile heeled AF1 use brown as base color and is available at 21 Mercer.  Nike Swosh and heel stripe are made of a soft orange leather, the tan midpanel is made of suede. The touch is a brown denim heel tab that sports the usual Nike branding.  For more pics follow the jump.

adidas Running Marathon 10

The latest adidas proformance running models have taken some subtle cues from their forebears. One of the favorite relases of 2009 was the adidas ZX 8000 2009. That was createt for the Boston Marathon which as the name suggest took cues from the iconix ZX 8000. The adidas Running Marathon 10 looks this year to the original Marathon 80 for reference as it creates a contemporary design 30 years later the original. As well as some tributes to the originals has the Marathon 10 select retailers in a series of different and bold colors. Runner Grete Waitz partnered with adidas and her cancer care foundation „Aktiv mot kreft“ in that 5% from the of any Marathon 10 would advance the battle next to cancer. More pics after the jump.

Kobe Bryant Interview at the House of Hoops in Harlem

First of all, we send out a big thanks to the guys from kicks on fire for this amazing interview and nice pics. Fresh off of his victory at the Garden (115-105), Kobe Bryant made a very special appearance at the House of Hoops, showcasing his latest shoe – the Nike Zoom Kobe 5. He arrived at approximately 11:00pm through the back exit of the store surrounded several security guards. The crowd went crazy as soon as Kobe walked in. Strangely enough, the person interviewing him was no other than Nick Cannon. Kobe was asked several questions about the Nike Zoom Kobe 5 and its inspiration and technical specifications. Check out the video below. About the shoe: The Nike Zoom Kobe 5 weighs about 10.6 ounces and is currently Nike’s lightest basketball shoe ever. The Nike Zoom Kobe 5  is a true low cut design for Kobe’s snake-on-the-hardwood speed and razor sharp ability. It’s basically lightweight, sharpened. 9ff GTurbo Conversions Up to 1000hp for Porsche 997 GT3 and GT3 RS

We can show you how to turn your ordinary sports car into a supercar – namely with the German tuner 9ff which has a set of conversion kits for the Porsche 997 GT3 and and 997 GT3 RS. First of all a short explanation: This is a bi-turbo conversation kit that can increase power up to 1000 hp. This is the reason for the creation of three seperately named models : the 9ff GTurbo750, GTurbo850 and GTurbo1000. The numbers indicate the horsepower figures. The torque figures, respectively, being 850 Nm, 910 Nm and 940 Nm. It takes 2.9 seconds for the Gturbo1000 to do the 0 to 100 km/h sprint, just 8,2 seconds to reach 200 km/h and 16.5 seconds for the 300 km/h mark. Depending on the gearing selection you could also reach the top speed of 392 km/h. Furthermore an aerodynamic kit is available that includes air intakes on the quarter panel for the intercooler and air outlets at the front to help reduce pressure in the wheel wells at high speeds. There are also new front (with LED indicators) and rear aprons, side skirts and options for side exhausts. For more pics follow the jump.

Due for release as part of a China exclusive collection assembled under Hiroshi Fujiwara’s watchful eye, the Nike Sportswear Air Footscape motion merges the familiar Footscape with a cutting-edge ‘motion’ upper. Constructed from material with performance and durability properties similar to Tyvek or ballistic nylon, the upper features the Flywire technology so prevalent in recent Nike Sportswear releases. Tentatively due for release in the coming month the pack will also feature an Air Tennis Classic.

World’s Tallest Teen Basketball Player

Call her Air Anderson.

This up-and-coming New Jersey high school basketball player is only 16, but Marvadene Anderson is already a giant on the court. At just under 6-foot-11 – and still growing – she’s the world’s tallest teenage girl.

The Jamaican-born hoopster, who could tower over legendary ballplayers like Michael Jordan (6-6) and LeBron James (6-8), was the highest-scoring “netball” player in her country – a sport similar to basketball.

Mercedes Benz – SLR McLaren Stirling Moss

A greatest of working relationship between Mercedes Benz and McLaren will come to an end after about 5 years. These two companies combined its expertise to produce the SLR (Sport/Light/Racing) models totaling in two coupes, two roadsters and the last of the release Stirling Moss version. Out of the 2000 SLRs produced, only 75 will be titled Stirling Moss making the already hard to obtain model more exclusive. The Stirling Moss edition puts out 478kw (650hp) and speeds up from zero to one hundred in 3.5 seconds reaching up to a top speed of 350km/h. Even though this will be the last time SLR will be manufactured it is sure that fans of SLR will gather as SLR Club where members get together for regular meets to enjoy their vehicles how it should be. Nike Basketball LeBron James VII “Think Pink”

Lebron James laced up a pair of Nike Zoom LeBron Soldier IIIs in the ‘Think Pink’ colourway during this year’s preseason.  He’ll take to the court for real tonight as the Cleveland Cavaliers ‘Box Out Breast Cancer’.  The pink ribbon awareness program will see King James sport one or possibly both Think Pink Air Max LeBron VII colorways, while the Cavs asked fans to wear pink to the Quicken Loans Arena against central division rivals, the Chicago Bulls. Keep reading to take a closer look at both the black and white pairs of Air Max LeBron VIIs with bright pink accents, and we’ll be sure to let you know if they will be hitting retail. Nike x CollisionTheory – Manny Pacquiao Boxing Ring Portrait | Manila Viewing Party

Philippines-base art trope CollisionTheory returns to the scene with aggression, quite literally, over the weekend.  Commissioned by Nike and Nike Philippines the man behind CollisionTheory, AJ Dimarucot, created a portrait of the Filipino national hero, boxer Manny Pacquiao.  The larger than life illustration served as the boxing ring mat for an invite-only viewing party hosted by Nike for the Pacquiao vs. Cotto match Saturday evening.  A collage of symbolism in Pacquiao’s life, from the Philippine Eagle, personal stats, to championship belts and trainer Freddie Roach, all formed a resemblance of Pacquiao.  The canvas then went through a top-down splatter application in blood red paint.  Making the installation a hallowing effigy of the World Champion.
