Schott x Converse Chuck Taylor “Leather Jacket”

Converse once again worked together with Schott, creating a new “Leather Jacket” edition for the Chuck Taylor All Star. They´re giving this model the premium leather treatment using navy as the primary color for the soft leather upper. The upper construction is broken up into panels divided by diagonal seams and folded pleats. Leather is also wrapped around the midsole using a white stitched band of leather trim. Gold zipper accents are placed inside the eyelets while a functional zipper along the back heel gets you in and out of these sneakers in a flash. The Chuck All Star logo is embossed into the sides of the upper to complete the makeup of this classic basketball shoe. See detailed pics after the jump. Converse 2011 Spring Footwear

For their Spring 2011 Footwear Collection, Converse is teaming up with Dickies – together with Chuck Taylor All Star shoes, they are possibly the standard issue uniform of great American style. So their combined collection is bringing us simple, clean versions of the Chuck Taylor All Star shoe featuring Dickies detailing. Converse is also unveiling the new Chuck Taylor All Star Classic Boot, a new upper inspired by the classic work boot, with moc toe detailing and a classic Chuck midsole and outsole. On all silhouettes the upper material is Dickies iconic twill and will be available in ox and high.

For the Chuck Taylor All Star Premium, the styles exude pure vintage Americana with a burnished leather upper, wax laces, washed canvas flag lining and split leather sockliner that gives it that perfect antique look. Converse Skateboarding KA-ONE

Converse is coming up with one of the most favorite skateboarding shoes these days, namely a signature shoe for Pro Skater Kenny Anderson, called the KA-One. The sneaker features some strong vintage treatment that mixes with the modern skate style. Two flavors in a grey and black suede makeup will be available for fall 2011. Bread&Butter: Converse First Look Q3 2011

Schott Leather x Converse Chuck Taylor Leather Jacket

Although Converse has become an old and classic brand after so many successful years, they´re definitely still capable of producing some very highly detailed and luxurious sneakers. And because of this fact it´s not a surprise that other companies would want to collaborate in getting a piece of the action. So the latest collaboration is between Converse and Schott Leather for this new Schott Leather x Converse Chuck Taylor Leather Jacket. If you’ve never heard of Schott Leather it would be quite surprising since they have been around in the fashion world since 1913. This shoe will use premium Schott Leather on the upper in black and will also feature a monochromatic zipper design on the heel of the shoe. See more pics after the jump.

Converse Sea Star Ox Evergreen

Probably one of the most subtle and cleanest sneakers of the year comes from Converse today. The Converse Sea Star Ox is a low top sneaker that´ll be coming in a fairly dominant suede upper, which is filled in with an Evergreen colorway, very nature like. Something very different about these kicks are the lacing found on the side-panels, unique at best. All of this is sitting on a vulcanized white sole. See some more pics after the jump.

Converse Skateboarding gives us a look at their lineup of footwear expected to drop this holiday 2010 season. The release includes original styles such as the Weapon and Chuck Taylor, as well as pro models for Nick Trapasso and Anthony Pappalardo, versions of the Chuck Taylor with the CTS and the Tremont. Converse Jack Purcell Hi “Zipper”

Converse’s First String Lineup has been one of the most well-received collections of 2010. The latest release from this highly-detailed collection comes in the form of the Converse Jack Purcell Hi “Zipper”. Specifically, this new style version of the Jack Purcell, which represents the model’s 75th year in existence, sports a high top version with unique styling possibilities of zipping up and/or lacing up. Its texture features include slub canvas, a hairy suede overlay and smooth pig skin leather linings. Colorways include Black and Milk and they are limited to only 500 pairs in the US. They will release later this month exclusively at Converse First String Accounts. See them after the jump.

Converse x Missoni Chuck Taylor All Star Fall 2010 Collection

For their Fall 2010 Collection, Converse again teamed up with Missoni continuing on the success of the Spring 2010 collaboration. Their Fall Collection includes two new styles for the Cuck Taylor All Star. The new styles are updated versions of the classic Chuck Taylor All Star shoe with black and white space dyed knits covering the sides and toecap in bold horizontal stripes and in the notorious Missoni zigzag pattern, created by a unique technique called Raschel revived by the Missoni house in the late ‘60s for high-end fashion, finished off with soft sheep leather in “Missoni Brick Red” on the split tongue, heel pull tab and partially lined collar – all brand new updates for the Fall 2010 silhouette. Due to the unique space dyed technique used this season, each shoe is one of a kind as the knits are carefully spun to vary from piece to piece. You can see detailed pics after the jump.
