Reebok BB 4600 Hi Cinema Pack – “Indiana Jones”

If you´re a movies fan, you´re probably gonna like these kicks. As part of their “Cinema Pack” which already includes Purple Rain and TRON inspired colorways, Reebok is dropping a new set of sneakers channeling the adventurous styling of George Lucas’ Indiana Jones. One of the shoes included in the Indiana Jones set is the BB 4600 Hi, which is seen here in a denim and brown leather look reminiscent of the rugged wardrobe of the film series’ protagonist. The red-to-yellow gradient effect on the inner lining is symbolic of the official Indiana Jones logo, while a carved graphic on the tongue serves as a call-out to the classic flicks as well. Metallic gold accents branding and various details throughout; below, an off-white midsole and gum rubber outsole complete the look. Be sure to check out the detailed pics after the jump.

Nike Air Force 1 | Los Angeles Neighborhood Pack

Last summer, Nike Sportswear released a collection of Air Force 1′s representing the five boroughs of New York City, coinciding with the World Basketball Festival. Now the NBA All Star Game is just around the corner in Los Angeles and Nike Sportswear celebrates the city with the Neighborhood Pack. Interestingly technically only Hollywood is part of the city of Los Angeles as East LA is not governed by the city of Los Angeles and Orange County outside of LA. However the three are part of LA sprawl and represent the diverse cultural collage that is Southern California.
The East LA AF1 features a predominantly black upper with a white Swoosh, and tonal stitching. The midsole has contrast stitching, while the outsole is done with a tinted clear finish.
Following the East LA AF1 is the Orange County AF1. This particular AF1 has a white upper with a perforated leather mid-panel. It also features a Max Orange sock liner, laces and contrast stitching on the midsole. Topping off the shoe is a Glass Blue icy outsole and Swoosh.
Finally there´s the Hollywood AF1, reflecting the glitz and glamor of Hollywood in the Metallic Gold hits on the white leather upper. Details include the Metallic Gold Swoosh and gold dubrays. After the jump you can find a lot of detailed pics, so be sure not to miss them.

2011 Nike Black History Month Full Lineup

Yesterday we showed you Nike´s Black History Month Pack. Today we have the complete lineup of this pack for you. To honor Martin Luther King Day (February 17th) 26 NBA Teams played 13 games wearing black and gold Nike, Converse and Jordan sneakers. Some of the sneakers that were showcased on the court were the Nike Air Force 1, Nike Kobe VI, Nike HyperDunk, Air Jordan III, Air Jordan Take Flight, Air Jordan Melo 7, Converse Star Player, and much much more. Nike Black History Month Pack

Nike´s going to release their Black History Month Pack in February and this time it´s inspired by athletes that have truly changed the history of Basketball: Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant and Julius Irving. The Black History Month Pack features an Air Jordan III, a Nike Zoom Kobe VI, a Converse Dr. J and a Nike Air Force 1 Low, a sneaker that changed the history of sneakers. Each of the sneakers features a Black and Gold upper. The Black color is a nod to the history of Basketball sneakers that were predominantly black in the earlier days of the sport. The Gold color use is inspired by the “Golden Moment” that we strive to achieve. You can see more pics of the pack after the jump, including some detailed pics of the Air Jordan III.
