Once more, Nike´s collaborating with Hiroshi Fujiwara´s Fragment Design, this time providing a new look for the Nike Dunk Hi. The Fragment Design Dunk High is all about juxtaposition. From the super high contrast colorways to the asymmetrical blocking, these are a study in polarity. Every color version features a white outsole, along with the Fragment Design logo on the heel. Here are some preview images of the upcoming Chuck Taylor AS Classic Boot Hi directly from the Bread&Butter in Berlin. It features a leather upper with some contrast stitching and a retro looking toe box.
Vans iconic sneaker, the Sk8-Hi got a slight hybrid redesign for this season. The relative shape of the skate favorite has been maintained while the toebox loses its previous flat design in favor of a boat shoe moccasin finish. Nike´s coming up with another clean and classy grey colorway for one of their sneakers. The Nike Air Max 90 Premium comes in a Black/White-Grey colorway. Plain Black and tumbled gray leather base is followed by a tumbled leather black mudguard. It’s adopted by a gray and white midsole that rests around a black bottom sole. Aside from the midsole, white appears around the swoosh, tongue tag as well as the internal lining. You can see more pics of it after the jump.
Yesterday we showed you Nike´s Black History Month Pack. Today we have the complete lineup of this pack for you. To honor Martin Luther King Day (February 17th) 26 NBA Teams played 13 games wearing black and gold Nike, Converse and Jordan sneakers. Some of the sneakers that were showcased on the court were the Nike Air Force 1, Nike Kobe VI, Nike HyperDunk, Air Jordan III, Air Jordan Take Flight, Air Jordan Melo 7, Converse Star Player, and much much more. Nike´s going to release their Black History Month Pack in February and this time it´s inspired by athletes that have truly changed the history of Basketball: Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant and Julius Irving. The Black History Month Pack features an Air Jordan III, a Nike Zoom Kobe VI, a Converse Dr. J and a Nike Air Force 1 Low, a sneaker that changed the history of sneakers. Each of the sneakers features a Black and Gold upper. The Black color is a nod to the history of Basketball sneakers that were predominantly black in the earlier days of the sport. The sneaker, which mixes an Air Max 1 sole and an Air Jordan XI styled upper is releasing in a build that blends black and anthracite with pooping volt contrast elements.
