Lasonic’s iPod Boombox
The iPod has certainly become the primary option for listening to music. But some of us miss the good ol’ days when we used to pop in a cassette and haul a boombox down the block while listening to “Fight The Power.” For those of you that are too young, just watch Spike Lee’s “Do The Right Thing” and check out the legendary Radio Raheem. Lasonic was one of the first to blend the digital advancements of the iPod with the nostalgia of the boombox with their i931 model. Originally released back in 2008, the Ghetto Blaster may have flew under the radar but its unique style is something worth noting. It has an iPod dock, AM/FM radio, alarm, supports SD and USB flash, EQ adjuster, and uses AC power or batteries. The company also announced that they will be releasing a new model this year that is compatible with the iPhone and iPod Touch. You can cop the older model now at Lasonic’s online store for $129. adidas Running Marathon 10
The latest adidas proformance running models have taken some subtle cues from their forebears. One of the favorite relases of 2009 was the adidas ZX 8000 2009. That was createt for the Boston Marathon which as the name suggest took cues from the iconix ZX 8000. The adidas Running Marathon 10 looks this year to the original Marathon 80 for reference as it creates a contemporary design 30 years later the original. As well as some tributes to the originals has the Marathon 10 select retailers in a series of different and bold colors. Runner Grete Waitz partnered with adidas and her cancer care foundation „Aktiv mot kreft“ in that 5% from the of any Marathon 10 would advance the battle next to cancer. More pics after the jump.

Air Jordan 11 (XI) Retro Space Jam – Packaging
There have been a lot of previews of the upcoming “Space Jam” Air Jordan 11 (XI) Retro, and we now have a first look at the packaging that will come standard with the highly sought after sneaker. The sneaker’s box will host a slide-out design with a varsity royal “XI” cover. The box is coated in black with an embossed “23″ on the top with white and varsity royal accents. Other key aspects of the packaging are the sneaker inserts which are coated in varsity royal. Jordan Brand is definitely taking the Air Jordan 11 Retro Space Jam release seriously, and we will keep you updated as the late November release date nears. You can find more pics after the jump.
