Vans Sk8 Hi Animal Pack

Once again, Vans brings out its best in remaking its own models featuring the Sk8 Hi in Animal Pack. One of these depicts a Cheetah-inspired pony hair blended with Brown suede while the other bears a zebra-themed upper mixed with Black suede. Both color-ups display the “Vans Off The Wall” tag on the tongue with the vintage vulcanized rubber sole and Brown outsole. Follow the jump for many more pics.

Vans Sk8 Hi “All-Over Check”

Two interesting looking Vans Sk8 Hi’s have been released. Coming in a black/white and pink/blue colorway, every inch of the sneaker features the checker pattern that the brand is so well known for. Even the laces come in matching checker pattern. These are now available at Deepinsideinc.

Proper x Vans 2008 Holiday Collection

The masterminds behind last year’s memorable satin SK8-HI pack with Vans, Long Beach’s Proper have cooked up another stellar pack of Vans offerings for the holiday season. In an interview with leading sneaker magazine Sneaker Freaker, Proper’s owner Tristan Caruso shares some insight into the conceptual aspect of this nautical inspired pack which features the Native American (One-piece), Authentic Low and Chukka Del Barco LX, each available in two colorways. For this particular release, Proper has taken extra steps to create a special product including various little details working its way into the pack’s design such as thicker insoles and retro-style boxes.
