CARHARTT X VANS AUTHENTIC

Modern streetwear has its roots in the great pieces of American workwear, so combining perhaps “the” iconic skateboarding company with a brand known worldwide for its durable goods, and you’ve got all the makings of a superior release.  The Carhartt x Vans Authentic is a followup of the 2008 collabo between these two that goes the less obvious route.  While the ’08s were done in Carhartt’s indestructable canvas denim, these go for a mix of suede and ripstop nylon that’ll take a beating whether you skate in them or not.  Pairs in black, olive green and khaki all have construction orange outsoles and will hit retailers in early November. Vans AV ‘Oversize’ Starter Hat

Vans and Pro skater Anthony Van Engelen teamed up to create a little something for your head. His new signature ‘Oversize’ Starter Hat is just as unique, as it features a fat Green/Black Vans patch on the front. The Green stitching on the brim and classic Starter logo will provide years of style and quality.

VANS VAULT – FALL 2010 – AUTHENTIC SPECTATOR LX

For their new Fall Collection 2010 Vans gives their Authentic silhouette the Vault treatment with a premium leather and suede “Spectator” make over. These elegant and classy looking sneakers are available in black/black and black/white colorways.

Vans x 74: “V8 Motor” Slip-On

Vans collaborated with 74 on this all white slip-on. Simple in design, with a white canvas upper and matching white outsole. The shoe is complete with an illustrated V8 motor graphics on its forefront.

Vans Sk8-Hi “Stripe” Pack

Vans is one of those brands who always love to keep it simple, clean, and subtle. Now they released three, two-toned sneakers, all are part of Vans “Stripe” Pack. They will be available in three different colorways such as red, green, and blue. All of them will include a striped upper which is filled in with white. Vans Vault Mountain Edition Mid Spring/Summer 10

Today we have a look on Vans Spring/Summer 2010 Vault Mountain Edition Mid. The release features three new Spring and Summer colorways, but like we all know, Vans knows not to over do it, so simplicity is at it’s finest.

The uppers of these kicks come mostly in suede, with a hint of perforated mesh in the collar area. The three colors feature an all black upper, with a gray inner lining, white tongue tag, white vans side tag, and white mid sole. The second pair comes in a maroon upper, pink in the inner lining, collar, tongue tag, and laces. the third and final pair comes in a tonal blue upper. All three kicks feature similarities, all using white tongue tags, white vans side panel tag, white stitching throughout the entire shoe, and white mid soles with their perspective pinstripe color.
