Order and Shipping procedure1. Product Selection
You have found an item you want to order? Just click on the item and another window will open. Now in this window you will be able to move the item into your shopping cart. You will find the shopping cart button below on the right in this field.
You want to take a look at other items or want to add more items to your cart? Just go back to the start page and resume shopping.
2. Shopping Cart
The shopping cart is your wishlist while you shop with us. It contains a list of all items you have selected from our product assortment. You are able to change the quantity of every item by entering a new number in the quantity field and clicking on "Update Shopping Cart". You want to remove an item from your shopping cart? Just click the "X" next to the price.
There is no obligation to purchase the items you have selected.
The order total will be shown (without shipping and handling costs). While you shop you are able to switch freely between your shopping cart and the product view, and you are also able to change any order quantities and selected items. If you want to finish your order just click the "Proceed to Checkout" button.
3. Registration at Numelo
After you have decided to buy the selected items please proceed to the checkout. During the checkout process you will be able to enter your order specifications, choose your payment method and submit your order legally binding.
If you´re already a registered customer, you will be able to sign in with your e-mail address and password. New customers can choose between checkout as a guest ("Checkout as Guest") or free registration ("Register"). You can proceed with your checkout process by clicking on the "Continue" button.
When deciding to register as new customer you will receive a registration confirmation via e-mail after your successful registration.
5. Selection of Payment Method
Of course we will keep all your private information in confidence and we will not share any information with third party. You are also able to specify one or more delivery adresses that differ from your original billing adress. This way you will be able to surprise friends with a gift or simply have your items delivered to your office address, for example.
Please select your preferred payment method. After doing so you will be guided through the order process.

COD - Cash on Delivery
Using COD - Cash on Delivery payment, you pay comfortably with the postman when you receive your shipment. You also have to pay an additional delivery fee in the amount of € 2,00 to the postman.
BillSAFE (Purchase on account - only for German customers)
With BillSAFE you can shop at Numelo as usual, and pay easily by invoice after you received your goods. Simply add your goods to the shopping cart as usual and choose "BillSAFE-Rechnungskauf" as a payment method within the ordering process.
After your purchase on account via BillSAFE you receive your goods from us as usual. The package also contains the appropriate invoice. Once you have checked the ordered goods, just transfer the invoice amount directly to BillSAFE (you can find all informations necessary on the appropriate bill).

7. Placing an Order
Please check the information you have entered once again. By now you still have the possibility to change your data by clicking on "Change" within the appropriate checkout step.
You may now view our General Terms and Conditions as well as the Right of Withdrawal by clicking on "Show". To complete your order you have to read and agree to both texts by checking the appropriate checkboxes. By clicking on the "Buy now" button your order will be placed legally binding. After your purchase you will receive your order confirmation on screen and via e-mail, containing all details of your order.
When your order has been processed with our sales team you will receive a separate e-mail containing an order confirmation.
8. How do I receive my order?
As soon as your payment is received we will ship your order via DHL. Our Parcel Service shows up from Monday to Friday - mostly in the morning. If you´re not at home, DHL will show up two more times and will leave you a note in your mailbox accordingly. After receipt of this note you can get your package at your responsible mail-administrating center within one week´s time. After this period has expired the package will be send back to us.
9. Time of Delivery
All articles are ready for shipment within 24 hours. That means, that we will hand over your ordered items within 24 hours to our courier (valid only for orders placed on working days; for orders placed on Sundays and public holidays the delivery time will be extended accordingly). For orders via prepayment these specifications are effective after we received your payment on our bank account. After you have placed your order the delivery will take about 3 - 4 business days (except for peak season).
During peak season (Christmas, Easter, start of school, etc.) the delivery may take up to two weeks. Please order early to make sure you will receive your items in time.
Overseas deliveries require a delivery time of at least 2 - 3 weeks (except for peak season). During peak season it can lead to delivery times of 3 - 4 weeks. Please order early to make sure you will receive your items in time.
Sometimes and due to great demand and simultaneous ordering, it can occur that an article is not available anymore, although at the time you placed your order it was displayed as available. 10. And if something goes wrong?
No problem: You can return all products within 14 days.
Every delivery contains an invoice from us: There you will find the return address printed on. You can bring the products there by yourself or you can send them back to this address. If you want to return something, please bring the invoice with you or put a copy of the invoice into the return package.
Of course we will reimburse you the money for the returned products. For the return of correctly delivered products please keep in mind the following:
- Because we ship orders free of charge*, you have to pay the reshipment charges on your own for correctly delivered products.
- Sometimes it may happen that we simply have something not in stock right now. Of course we won´t charge you for items which are not in stock - if you have already paid via Advance Payment, we will reimburse your money for not available items immediately.
