Shipping Costs

Within Germany we will ship your products free of charge via DHL.

Deliveries to foreign countries will be shipped via DHL or UPS.
Shipping costs to foreign countries are charged as follows:

Order and Shipping procedure

1. Product Selection
You have found an item you want to order? Just click on the item and another window will open. Now in this window you will be able to move the item into your shopping cart. You will find the shopping cart button below on the right in this field.

You want to take a look at other items or want to add more items to your cart? Just go back to the start page and resume shopping.

2. Shopping Cart
The shopping cart is your wishlist while you shop with us. The shopping cart contains a list of all items you have selected from our product assortment. You are able to change the quantity of every item by entering a new number in the quantity field and clicking on "Update". You want to remove an item from your shopping cart? Just check the small box "Remove" and click the "Update" button.
There is no obligation to purchase the items you have selected.

The order total will be shown (without shipping and handling costs). While you shop you are able to switch freely between your shopping cart and the product view and you are also able to change any order quantities and selected items. If you want to finish your order just click the "Checkout" button.

3. Registration at Numelo.com
After you have decided to buy the selected items please proceed to the checkout. During the checkout process you will be able to enter your order specifications, choose your payment method and submit your order.

4. Registration
If you are already a registered customer, you will be able to sign in with your e-mail address and your password. New customers please select the "Next" button and you will be able to register for free.

After you have registered successfully you will receive a registration confirmation. Your registration will also be confirmed via e-mail.

5. Selection of Payment Method
Of course we will keep all your private information in confidence and we will not share any information with third party. You are allowed to enter up to five varied delivery addresses which may differ from your original billing address. This way for example you will be able to surprise friends with a gift or simply have your items delivered to your office address.

Please select your preferred payment method. After doing so you will be guided through the order process.

6. What payment methods are available?
You can choose from 6 payment methods:

  • Credit Card
    We accept VISA and Euro/MasterCard. Your credit card information is transferred in a secure way to us.

  • Bank Transfer (Advance Payment)
    You would like to pay in advance via bank transfer? Just remit the total order amount to our bank account:

  • PayPal

  • DIRECTebanking.com
    You would like to pay via DIRECTebanking.com? Just follow the payment instructions during the payment process.

  • Direct Debit (only for German customers)
    For direct debit payment we need your bank details. This payment method is only practicable with German credit institutions. The data will be transferred SSL-encrypted to the clearing office. Within 3 days after receipt of your order, the order total will be withdrawn from your account. Please make sure that the funds will be available from your account. In case the direct debit process fails, we have to charge you for the arising bank fees.

  • COD - Cash on Delivery
    Using COD - Cash on Delivery payment, you will pay your order total conveniently to the postman when you receive your shipment. You also have to pay an additional delivery fee in the amount of 2,00 EUR to the postman.

  • BillSAFE (Purchase on account - only for German customers)
    With BillSAFE you can shop at Numelo.com as usual, and pay easily by invoice after you received your goods. Simply add your goods to the shopping cart as usual and choose "BillSAFE-Rechnungskauf" as a payment method within the ordering process.
    After your purchase on account via BillSAFE you receive your goods from us as usual. The package also contains the appropriate invoice.
    Once you have checked the ordered goods, just transfer the invoice amount directly to BillSAFE (you can find all informations necessary on the appropriate bill).

7. Place an Order
Please check the information you have entered once again. By now you have still the possibility to change anything in your order.

Now proceed. Next you will receive your order confirmation on the screen and via e-mail. Here you are also able to add a comment concerning your order.

Following your order confirmation the confirmation information will be shown. When your order has been processed with our sales team you will receive a separate e-mail containing an order confirmation.

8. How do I receive my order?
As soon as your payment is received we will ship your order via UPS (within Germany free of charge). Our Parcel Service shows up from Monday to Friday - mostly in the morning.
If you are not at home, UPS will show up two more times and will leave you a note in your mailbox accordingly.
We will send you an UPS Tracking Number along with your order. With this number you are able to find out at any time where your shipment is located at that moment.

9. Time of Delivery
All articles are ready for shipment within 24 hours. That means, that we will hand over your ordered items within 24 hours to our courier (valid only for orders placed on working days; for orders placed on Sundays and public holidays the delivery time will be extended accordingly). For orders via prepayment these specifications are effective after we received your payment on our bank account. After you have placed your order the delivery will take about 3-4 business days (except for peak season).

During peak season (Christmas, Easter, start of school, etc.) the delivery may take up to two weeks. Please order early to make sure you will receive your items in time.

Overseas deliveries require a delivery time of at least 2-3 weeks (except for peak season). During peak season it can lead to delivery times of 3-4 weeks. Please order early to make sure you will receive your items in time.

We reserve the right of partial deliveries for the ordered products.
If the ordered products ship from different warehouses, then this may cause longer delivery times.

Sometimes and due to great demand and simultaneous ordering, it can occur that an article is not available anymore, although at the time you placed your order it was displayed as available. In this case we will inform you accordingly. If you have further questions, you can contact our customer service under feedback [at] numelo.com. Our customer service department will be glad to help you choose a suitable alternative.

10. And if something goes wrong?
No problem: You can return all products within 14 days.

Every delivery contains an invoice from us: There you will find the return address printed on. You can bring the products there by yourself or you can send them back to this address. If you want to return something, please bring the invoice with you or put a copy of the invoice into the return package.

Of course we will reimburse you the money for the returned products. For the return of correctly delivered products please keep in mind the following:

  • Because we ship orders free of charge*, you have to pay the reshipment charges on your own for correctly delivered products with a merchandise value of under 40,00 €.
  • Sometimes it may happen that we have something just not in stock right now. Of course we will not charge you for items which are not in stock - if you have already paid via Advance Payment, we will reimburse your money for not available items immediately.
