Order and Shipping procedure

1. Product Selection
You have found an item you want to order? Just click on the item and another window will open. Now in this window you will be able to move the item into your shopping cart. You will find the shopping cart button below on the right in this field.

You want to take a look at other items or want to add more items to your cart? Just go back to the start page and resume shopping.

2. Shopping Cart
The shopping cart is your wishlist while you shop with us. The shopping cart contains a list of all items you have selected from our product assortment. You are able to change the quantity of every item by entering a new number in the quantity field and clicking on "Update". You want to remove an item from your shopping cart? Just check the small box "Remove" and click the "Update" button.
There is no obligation to purchase the items you have selected.

The order total will be shown (without shipping and handling costs). While you shop you are able to switch freely between your shopping cart and the product view and you are also able to change any order quantities and selected items. If you want to finish your order just click the "Checkout" button.

3. Registration at NUMELO.COM
After you have decided to buy the selected items please proceed to the checkout. During the checkout process you will be able to enter your order specifications, choose your payment method and submit your order.

4. Registration
If you are already a registered customer, you will be able to sign in with your e-mail address and your password. New customers please select the "Next" button and you will be able to register for free.

After you have registered successfully you will receive a registration confirmation. Your registration will also be confirmed via e-mail.

5. Selection of Payment Method
Of course we will keep all your private information in confidence and we will not share any information with third party. You are allowed to enter up to five varied delivery addresses which may differ from your original billing address. This way for example you will be able to surprise friends with a gift or simply have your items delivered to your office address.

Please select your preferred payment method. After doing so you will be guided through the order process.

6. What payment methods are available?
You can choose from 6 payment methods:

  • Credit Card
    We accept VISA and Euro/MasterCard. Your credit card information is transferred in a secure way to us.

  • Bank Transfer (Advance Payment)
    You would like to pay in advance via bank transfer? Just remit the total order amount to our bank account:

  • PayPal

  • DIRECTebanking.com
    You would like to pay via DIRECTebanking.com? Just follow the payment instructions during the payment process.

  • Direct Debit (only for German customers)
    For direct debit payment we need your bank details. This payment method is only practicable with German credit institutions. The data will be transferred SSL-encrypted to the clearing office. Within 3 days after receipt of your order, the order total will be withdrawn from your account. Please make sure that the funds will be available from your account. In case the direct debit process fails, we have to charge you for the arising bank fees.

  • COD - Cash on Delivery
    Using COD - Cash on Delivery payment, you will pay your order total conveniently to the postman when you receive your shipment. You also have to pay an additional delivery fee in the amount of 2,00 EUR to the postman.

7. Place an Order
Please check the information you have entered once again. By now you have still the possibility to change anything in your order.

Now proceed. Next you will receive your order confirmation on the screen and via e-mail. Here you are also able to add a comment concerning your order.

Following your order confirmation the confirmation information will be shown. When your order has been processed with our sales team you will receive a separate e-mail containing an order confirmation.

8. How will I receive my order?
After you have placed your order and we have received your payment, we will ship your items via DHL. Our Parcel Service will deliver your order Monday through Saturday, usually in the morning. If you are not at home DHL will make two more delivery attempts and will leave a notice in your mailbox. After you have received the notice you have to pick up your package within one week at your designated post office. Once this period has expired the package will be sent back to us.

9. Delivery Time
After you have placed your order the delivery usually will take about 3 - 4 business days (except for peak season).

During peak season (Christmas, Easter, start of school, etc.) the delivery may take up to two weeks. Please order early to make sure you will receive your items in time.
